Monvue

Beauty · Brand Build · 2026

Skin-tone-inclusive beauty brand, beginning with cosmetic contact lenses

Brand thesis and positioning · Naming · Brand system · Packaging · Retail kiosks and in-store displays · Website UI/UX · E-commerce development · Go-to-market strategy and content · Post-launch brand custodianship

Monvue began with a gap in the market: coloured contact lenses had rarely been designed for darker skin tones. The founder spent a year designing and developing lenses for India's broad skin spectrum. Her ambition went beyond contact lenses: a beauty brand with Indian skin tones at the centre, starting with the eyes.

We took that ambition from idea to launch, defining the brand's thesis, positioning and place in the market. We developed the name and brand system, designed the packaging, retail kiosks and in-store displays, and handled website UI/UX and e-commerce development. Go-to-market strategy and content carried the same thinking through launch.

The first production run sold out well ahead of expectations, with approximately 8x return on ad spend at launch. Our work continues through post-launch brand custodianship and growth, supporting expansion beyond India and developing new product categories.

Sector market context, not client revenue: Cosmetic Contact Lens Market, 2030, ₹14K Cr. Grand View Research, 2024 market size and 8.4% CAGR through 2030. USD figures converted at ₹83 per US dollar.

Little Joys

Kids Wellness · Brand Build · 2021

Little Joys, the children's wellness brand within Mosaic Wellness

Naming · Logo development from the founder’s son’s handwriting · Brand system · Packaging system · Website UI/UX and development · Go-to-market assets · Launch support for the in-house marketing team

Mosaic Wellness had already established Man Matters for men and Bodywise for women when they came to us to build their next vertical: Little Joys, a wellness brand for children. The ambition was to create a modern, playful brand that children could enjoy and parents could trust, bringing both audiences into the same world.

We helped with naming and built the brand and packaging systems around a personal detail: the founder's son wrote out Little Joys, and his handwriting became the logo. We carried that character into website UI/UX and development, created go-to-market assets, and supported the in-house marketing team through launch.

Little Joys is now Mosaic Wellness's largest portfolio brand, with an international presence and a leading place in India's children's wellness category. Its parent was valued at approximately US$400 million in April 2025.

Little Joys is the engagement subject. Parent-company valuations are not a Little Joys valuation or an outcome attributable to this work.

Company milestone, for context only: Valuation ₹3,840 Cr. Mosaic Wellness, the parent of Little Joys. Inc42, 10 April 2025, reports US$400M post-money from company filings, versus US$380M pre-money. Approximate INR equivalent at a fixed ₹96 per US$1. Not a Little Joys standalone valuation; the newer March 2026 funding round's valuation was not disclosed in corroborated reporting.

Sector market context, not client revenue: India children's dietary supplements, 2033 forecast, ₹2.3K Cr. Grand View Research, India Children's Dietary Supplement Market, updated 26 August 2026. US$108.0M for 2025, US$118.9M estimate for 2026 and US$247.8M forecast for 2033. Category revenue, not Little Joys or Mosaic Wellness revenue; not evidence of product efficacy. Blue Tokai

Coffee / Retail · Brand Evolve · 2016

Digital and e-commerce foundation for the specialty coffee business

E-commerce website UI/UX and development · Refinement of the existing brand system · Supporting collaterals · Go-to-market planning and assets · Investor presentations

Blue Tokai came to us with a single cafe and a clear ambition: to take great coffee from India's estates to people across the country. The founders had built something people loved in person. The next step was to make that same coffee, its provenance and the experience around it accessible well beyond the cafe.

We designed and developed their e-commerce website, giving the brand a way to sell directly across India. We refined the existing brand system, created supporting collaterals, and helped with go-to-market planning and assets. Investor presentations gave the founders a clearer story as they sought the capital to scale.

Blue Tokai has since become one of India's leading specialty coffee brands, with a national footprint and a presence in Japan and the UAE. Its May 2026 funding round valued it at approximately US$235 million, far from the single cafe where we began.

The core mandate was digital. Blue Tokai had an existing identity; this was not its original logo or a full corporate rebrand.

Company milestone, for context only: Valuation ₹1,951 Cr. Latest reported post-money valuation, May 2026. USD figure converted at ₹83 per US dollar.

Sector market context, not client revenue: Global Specialty Coffee Market, 2033, ₹734K Cr. The Brainy Insights, projected from ₹2,40,509 Cr in 2023 at 11.8% CAGR. Constant-currency conversion at ₹95.44 per US dollar.

Sabyasachi

Luxury / Jewelry · Brand Build · 2017

Digital presence for the jewellery collection

Jewellery launch positioning · Website UI/UX · Website development · Go-to-market assets with the marketing team

Sabyasachi was already one of India's most recognised couture houses when they came to us with an ambition beyond clothing. The next chapter was jewellery: carrying the house's craft, cultural depth and distinctive point of view into a new category. It needed to feel unmistakably Sabyasachi, with a digital presence to match.

We helped shape the positioning for the jewellery launch and translated it into the website, from UI/UX design through development. Alongside their marketing team, we created go-to-market assets that carried the same thinking across the launch, giving the collection a digital setting as considered as the pieces.

Jewellery is now a core part of the business. In August 2026, founder Sabyasachi Mukherjee put annual jewellery revenue at around ₹200 crore, roughly a third of the brand's turnover. A new category had become a major pillar of the house.

The engagement used the house's existing creative direction. It was not a new Sabyasachi identity.

Company milestone, for context only: Revenue Annual ₹200 Cr. Annual jewellery revenue of around ₹200 crore, about one-third of total brand turnover, stated by Sabyasachi Mukherjee in The Economic Times on 22 August 2026. Rounded, founder-reported figures; jewellery segment only, not whole-company FY25 revenue.

Sector market context, not client revenue: India Gems & Jewellery Market, 2030, ₹1,118K Cr. IBEF, projected from ₹7,31,255 Cr in 2026 at an implied 11.2% CAGR.

Gameskraft

Gaming · Brand Build · 2018

Corporate brand foundation for a multi-product gaming company

Corporate narrative · Brand architecture · Visual identity · Typography and colour system · Motion language

Gameskraft came to us as a young consumer technology company with ambitions across India's gaming market. It needed a brand that could bring a growing collection of games and platforms together, while giving the business a clear identity of its own. The challenge was to create a foundation that could grow with the company.

We developed the corporate narrative, brand architecture and visual identity as one connected system. Typography, colour and motion gave teams a shared language across products and communication. Each game could express its own character while keeping a recognisable connection to the parent brand.

The work gave Gameskraft a shared foundation for introducing new products as the business expanded. The company later reported total revenue of ₹4,009 crore for FY25. That historical milestone reflects the scale it reached, separate from our original brand engagement.

Company milestone, for context only: Revenue FY25 ₹4,009 Cr. Company-reported FY2024-25 total revenue, including other income, covered by The Economic Times on 5 September 2025. Historical revenue, not current revenue or a result attributable to this engagement.

Diageo

Alcobev · Brand Build · 2024

McDowell's & Co Distiller's Batch Indian single malt

Positioning · Brand narrative · Digital experience · Go-to-market strategy

Diageo was introducing McDowell's & Co Distiller's Batch, an Indian single malt with a distinct premium ambition. The challenge was to create a new expression within a familiar brand family, giving its craft and provenance a clear place in the market. It needed its own character while retaining a connection to the name behind it.

We shaped the positioning and narrative, then carried that direction into the digital experience and go-to-market strategy. The story brought the whisky's origins into focus, giving people a way to explore its landscape and character. Across these touchpoints, the work built a consistent introduction to the new expression and its place within the family.

The result was a connected story and digital experience for a new Indian single malt. McDowell's Distiller's Batch went on to receive Silver at The World Whisky Masters 2024, an international tasting award recognising the whisky itself.

Company milestone, for context only: Awards WWM Silver (2024). McDowell's Distiller's Batch Indian Single Malt Whisky won Silver in the India Single Malt category at The World Whisky Masters 2024. Organizer results published 1 August 2024; entrant United Spirits. A product tasting award, not World Whiskies Awards or a Lazy Eight design award.

3one4 Capital

Venture Capital · Brand Evolve · 2020

Visual identity and communication system for a venture capital firm

Visual identity · Digital presence · Investor presentations · Templates

As 3one4 Capital matured, its brand needed to speak with equal clarity to founders and institutional investors. The brief was to express the firm's judgement and long-term orientation without losing the contemporary, builder-minded character that made it distinctive.

We evolved the visual system through typography, layout, rhythm and selective motion. The language carried across the digital presence, investor presentations, internal tools and working templates. It gave the firm a consistent way to communicate at different scales, from a founder's first encounter to the more detailed materials used in institutional relationships.

The result was a shared visual language for two different decisions: a founder choosing a partner and an investor choosing a fund. It brought the same clarity to a first introduction, an investment thesis and the materials used as relationships developed.

Company milestone, for context only: AUM ₹7,680 Cr. India Business Law Journal, 8 September 2026, reports US$800M in assets managed by 3one4 Capital. Approximate INR equivalent at the fixed presentation rate of ₹96 per US$1. Reported AUM, not committed capital, revenue or firm valuation.

NomNom

FMCG / Dairy · Brand Build · 2017

Brand foundation for a dairy launch

Naming · Positioning · Brand system · Packaging · Website UI/UX · Go-to-market strategy

NomNom was one of the early brands seeking to open up India's premium milk market. Its proposition was a higher-priced product delivered directly to the door. The challenge was to give people a clear reason to choose it, building trust in a new brand within an everyday category.

Our Brand Build engagement brought naming, positioning and the brand system together from scratch. We carried that direction into packaging and website UI/UX, shaping how people would discover the brand and understand its offer. Go-to-market strategy connected the story across the touchpoints planned for launch.

Before launch, NomNom was acquired by an FMCG conglomerate. The work had brought the proposition, packaging and digital experience into one coherent brand, ready for its next chapter before it reached the market.

Company milestone, for context only: Status Acquired. Nav Chatterji confirmed that NomNom was acquired by an FMCG conglomerate before launch. First-party engagement account; buyer and transaction value are not disclosed.

Brand evolution and digital presence for the payments provider

Positioning · Brand system and visual identity · Website UI/UX · Web development · Go-to-market communication

Arab Financial Services is a digital payments provider and fintech enabler serving banks and businesses across the Middle East and Africa. The brief was to evolve an established brand for its next stage of growth, bringing greater clarity to its positioning and offer while retaining the trust built with banks, merchants and partners across the region.

We brought positioning and a new brand system together, then carried that direction through website UI/UX and web development. The work created a consistent way to present AFS's payment products, services and capabilities, connecting the brand's visual identity with how customers explore and understand its offer online.

We also supported go-to-market communication, helping the team introduce the evolved brand with a shared visual and verbal direction. The rollout connected positioning, identity and the website in a coherent presence across digital touchpoints.

Simple Energy

Electric Mobility · Brand Build · 2020

Brand and digital foundation for the electric mobility business

Logo unit · Brand narrative · Brand system · Website UI/UX · Go-to-market assets

Simple Energy came to us with the ambition to build one of India's leading electric mobility brands. The team had a new business and a clear sense of where it wanted to go. It needed a recognisable identity and a digital presence that could introduce its scooters to riders across the country and earn their confidence.

We created the logo unit, shaped the brand narrative and built a visual system that could work across the business. We carried the identity into website UI/UX and go-to-market assets, bringing the same character to the way people discovered the brand, explored its products and encountered it at launch.

In June 2026, Simple Energy raised ₹250 crore to support its expansion. It also outlined plans for a roughly ₹3,000 crore IPO in the second half of FY28, marking the next stage of its ambition to become a major Indian mobility business.

Our contribution was brand and digital experience, not vehicle engineering or manufacturing.

Company milestone, for context only: Planned IPO ₹3,000 Cr. The Economic Times, 1 June 2026: reported plans to raise approximately ₹3,000 crore through an IPO targeted for the second half of FY28 (October 2027 to March 2028). Longevity / Health · Brand Build · 2024

Brand-to-commerce build for the longevity product range

Naming and naming story · Brand narrative · Brand system · Packaging · Website UI/UX · E-commerce development · Go-to-market strategy · Content · Performance marketing

Varalife began with a brother and sister who wanted to build a longevity brand in India for the world. NMN-based formulations were the starting point, with an ambition to build a broader nutraceutical business over time. The challenge was to make a complex category feel clear, credible and approachable.

We developed the name, naming story, brand narrative and visual system, then carried them into packaging and the website. Our work covered UI/UX, e-commerce development, go-to-market strategy, content and performance marketing, bringing the brand together from the first product through launch and growth.

Varalife has since grown beyond its first NMN formulations into a wider longevity range, including VaraPace protein and VaraCare sleep supplements. The brand has evolved from a single starting point into a broader portfolio for everyday use.

This describes brand and communication work, not evidence of clinical efficacy or a quantified health outcome.

Company milestone, for context only: Growth FY25 295% CAGR. User-supplied FY25 growth figure, approved for the local case-study display on 7 September 2026. Brand evolution for the New Delhi Italian restaurant

Positioning and brand strategy · Visual identity · Packaging · Website UI/UX and development · Go-to-market communication

EVOO is a New Delhi restaurant built around Italian food, craft and hospitality. The brief was a full brand evolution: sharpen its positioning and give the restaurant a more coherent identity across the places people discover, visit and take it home. The work needed to retain the character that made the experience familiar.

We brought positioning, brand strategy and the visual identity into one connected system. Packaging extended the restaurant experience beyond the table, while website UI/UX and development created a consistent digital presence. Go-to-market communication brought those elements together for the evolved brand's introduction.

EVOO went on to receive Italian Restaurant of the Year at the Delhiites Food & Nightlife Awards. The recognition celebrates the restaurant and its team, alongside our work to give the brand a clear, consistent expression across its customer experience.

Brand foundation and Shopify commerce for Shweta Kapur’s contemporary fashion label

Brand strategy · Naming · Visual identity · Content · Packaging · Shopify commerce

431-88 is Shweta Kapur's contemporary ready-to-wear label, shaped by a distinct point of view on Indian fashion. The brief was to build a coherent brand around that perspective, giving the clothes a recognisable setting across physical and digital touchpoints. The identity needed to express confidence and restraint while leaving room for each collection to lead.

We brought strategy, naming and visual identity together, then carried the direction into content, packaging and Shopify commerce. Typography, proportion and a pared-back visual language gave the label a consistent expression. The digital experience balanced editorial storytelling with clear product discovery and a straightforward path to purchase.

The result was a connected foundation for presenting collections and reaching customers. Today, 431-88's official stockist list includes retailers in India and overseas, reflecting a broader presence for the label.

Brand foundation for an experiential education model

Modular brand identity · Flexible brand system · Visual language for learning environments

Planet School set out to replace the conventional classroom with real-world immersion across forests, vessels and urban labs. As the US-based school prepared to launch in North America, it needed more than differentiation within education. It needed a brand that could help people believe in a different way to learn.

Our Brand Build engagement began from scratch. The identity needed to earn parental trust, spark teenage curiosity and communicate academic rigor. We built a modular brand system that gave each learning environment its own character within a coherent whole, balancing exploration with the structure and credibility a school needs.

The result was a flexible brand built to support recruitment, storytelling and expansion across five learning environments. Designed to evolve alongside the curriculum, it brings clarity and confidence to a different way of learning.

Dream Beauty

Beauty · Brand Build · 2025

Zero-to-one brand and launch system for the beauty company

Strategy · Positioning · Naming · Brand system · Packaging system · Website UI/UX · Go-to-market assets

Dream Beauty began with a simple idea: makeup should feel at home in everyday life, not just under a spotlight. The founders wanted a gentler approach to beauty, with lightweight, skincare-infused formulas and a sense of quiet self-expression. Our role was to turn that ambition into a brand ready to meet the world.

We worked with the founders on strategy, positioning, naming and the brand system, then built an extensive packaging system across products and shades. We carried the same visual language into website UI/UX and go-to-market assets, bringing the pieces together into a brand that felt warm, intuitive and easy to explore.

Dream Beauty went on to launch on Nykaa, which featured its blush, foundation and lipstick range in August 2025. The listing gave customers another way to discover the brand, bringing its everyday approach to beauty to a wider audience.

Digital platform, catalogue and publishing tools for the Indian art institution

Website UI/UX · Front-end and back-end development · Content management system · Artwork cataloguing · Collection and editorial publishing · Digital go-to-market rollout

DAG brings Indian art to audiences through its collections, exhibitions and scholarship. The brief was to transform its digital presence, making an extensive catalogue easier to explore and giving its team the tools to manage it. The new platform needed to support the depth of the collection and the institution's ongoing publishing work.

We designed and built the website, connecting the front-end experience with the back-end infrastructure and a full content management system. Artwork cataloguing, collection content and editorial publishing came together in one platform. We also supported the digital go-to-market rollout, helping DAG introduce the new experience to its audiences.

The work gave DAG a digital foundation for sharing its art, exhibitions and stories with a wider audience. In February 2026, the institution received Gallery of the Year at the NDTV Masterstroke Art Awards, recognising its contribution to India's art landscape.

It needed a clear, approachable identity that could communicate its purpose to patients, clinical partners and the wider market.

We developed the positioning and brand system, bringing identity, packaging and digital communication into one consistent language. Website UI/UX, design and development translated that system into the online experience. Go-to-market work helped introduce the evolved brand across its key customer and partner touchpoints.

Brand evolution from Aarav Unmanned Systems to Aereo

Naming · Naming narrative · Brand system and visual language · Website UI/UX · Motion · Go-to-market assets with the existing marketing team

Aarav Unmanned Systems came to us ready for a new chapter: a modern name and brand that could reflect its ambition in industrial drones. The team wanted a clearer position in a deeply technical market, connecting its engineering with the value it could bring to mining and other industries managing large physical assets.

We helped create Aereo, developing the name, naming narrative and brand system around that ambition. We carried the visual language into website UI/UX, motion and go-to-market assets, working alongside the existing marketing team to give the business a consistent way to introduce itself and its technology.

Aereo went on to raise US$15 million in Series B funding in July 2024. Its work with Coal India and Tata Steel has taken it into major mining operations, using drones and data to support how industrial assets are managed.

Our role was the brand system, not drone engineering or aerial-data operations.

Company milestone, for context only: Valuation ₹720 Cr. Dealroom lists an October 2024 valuation of US$75 million for Aereo, formerly Aarav Unmanned Systems. Approximately ₹720 crore at this website's fixed ₹96 per US$ display assumption, not a historical or live exchange rate. Secondary database figure, not company-confirmed or a current valuation. Separate from the US$15 million July 2024 Series B. Public funding table checked 24 September 2026.

Typo

Brand and digital launch for a Hyderabad-based hard seltzer brand

New brand identity · Launch support · Website UI/UX · Go-to-market communication

Typo is a Hyderabad-based hard seltzer brand created for a new generation of adult drinkers in India. The brief was to build a new brand for Gen Z: youthful, bold and distinctly modern. It needed to make an emerging drinks category feel familiar, with a bright, colourful personality that would stand out wherever its audience spent time.

We helped shape the new brand and its launch, bringing the identity and website UI/UX into one consistent experience, with support on go-to-market communication. The digital presence carried the same bold character online through playful typography, bright colour and motion. The aim was a modern brand that felt easy to discover and hard to forget.

Typo sold one million bottles in its first year, expanding from Hyderabad into Goa and other social destinations. Its website received an Awwwards Honorable Mention in July 2022, recognising the brand's distinctive digital experience.

First-year sales of one million bottles and expansion from Hyderabad into Goa are first-party engagement information supplied by Lazy Eight. They have not been independently verified here and are not presented as results caused solely by the design work.
