Blue Tokai began as a humble coffee roastery—a small physical space with a big ambition: to elevate India’s coffee culture through premium, artisanal blends. They had already established their logo and early identity, but the brand was at a crucial inflection point. The challenge was to move beyond the walls of a single shop and build a scalable experience that could carry their vision to a wider audience.

That’s when we joined the journey. This was a classic Lazy Eight engagement—not quite zero-to-one, but a foundational build. We worked closely with the founding team to help translate the physical presence into a compelling online experience. From e-commerce UI/UX on Shopify to storytelling-led interfaces, we crafted a digital brand that felt as intentional and premium as the coffee itself.

But the collaboration went beyond digital. We helped develop their early print packaging systems and investor decks for their initial funding rounds—ensuring that every touchpoint, from label to pitch deck, aligned with the brand’s ethos of authenticity and craft. Every piece was designed not just for the moment, but for scale.

Today, Blue Tokai is one of India’s most beloved coffee brands—with retail outlets across cities, a thriving e-comm business, and international expansion underway.
