Evoo had already earned a reputation as one of Delhi’s top Italian restaurants—respected for its handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and warm, authentic hospitality. But when the founders came to us, they had a bigger vision in mind: to transform Evoo into a brand that could expand across cities, win global culinary awards, and stand shoulder to shoulder with the world’s best in fine-casual dining.

Our role was to help them elevate. This wasn’t a zero-to-one build—it was a strategic refinement. We worked closely with the founding team to rethink Evoo’s positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity. From brand strategy to digital execution to physical interiors, every detail was reconsidered through the lens of ambition, scale, and elegance.

The new brand system pairs rustic authenticity with modern restraint. A color palette inspired by terracotta, olives, and natural neutrals reflects the honest simplicity of Italian cuisine. Motion elements on the site mimic the handmade nature of the food—flour in the air, basil being torn, woodfire flickers—while the UI/UX guides users through an intuitive, immersive experience that matches the in-restaurant ambiance.

We also helped bring future-forward concepts to life. One example was the Evoo Pasta Lab—a concept the founders were already exploring, which we helped elevate through visual language, storytelling, and brand integration. Alongside that, we supported their go-to-market and expansion planning, acting not just as designers, but as creative and strategic collaborators. Evoo now stands poised to scale, with a brand system that honors its roots while clearing the runway for national and international growth.
