03 Analytics and Tracking Tools
Google Analytics and PostHog run by default for visitors in India unless this browser has an existing refusal. Google ad measurement also runs by default in India unless it has been refused. For visitors elsewhere, or when we cannot determine a region, optional analytics and Google ad measurement remain off until you make an affirmative choice. They are separate choices. An older analytics approval does not approve the newer Google ad measurement purpose. You can refuse or change either choice below and still use the website and enquiry form.
Google Analytics helps us understand visits, permitted campaign sources and how people use our enquiry forms. With Google ad measurement allowed, our Google tag may send a valid Google ad click identifier and the page path to Google through its page location setting. This helps match a visit or a saved enquiry to an ad. We do not send contact names, email addresses, notes, chat messages, attached briefs or lead identifiers to Google, and do not enable Google advertising personalisation or Google Signals. We record an enquiry event only after the website confirms that the enquiry has been saved. Contact details and form contents are excluded from analytics events. PostHog does not receive advertising click identifiers, raw query strings or form contents.
PostHog measures an explicit set of page, case-study, program and form events when analytics is allowed. It uses anonymous browser identifiers, excludes contact details and raw URLs, and does not create person profiles. When analytics is allowed, masked session replay helps us understand navigation and improve the website. It records page layout, scrolling and interactions. Forms, contact details, project briefs, attachments and private chat content are excluded. Unexpected text and attributes are masked before transmission. Request bodies, headers, console messages, camera and microphone recordings are not captured. PostHog is hosted in the United States. LinkedIn Insight Tag loads only after an explicit Allow analytics choice under this notice, including for visitors in India. It measures LinkedIn advertising visits and accepted enquiries. LinkedIn receives the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser/device information and timestamp, and may set advertising cookies or a pseudonymous LinkedIn Ads ID. Our enquiry event sends only the conversion identifier, never contact details, notes, attachments or lead identifiers. Automatic analytics in India does not enable LinkedIn. Google Signals, Google advertising personalisation, Fathom Analytics and Microsoft Clarity remain disabled.
You can turn off analytics or Google ad measurement and still use the website and enquiry forms. Use the controls below to change this browser’s choices. Turning analytics off reloads the page to stop LinkedIn and stops future analytics collection by this website. Turning off Google ad measurement stops future Google ad sharing and clears accessible Google ad cookies and stored click identifiers. Neither action deletes information already received by a provider. A default setting in India is not recorded as your explicit consent.
AI Guide
Our AI guide sends your questions and recent conversation context to OpenAI to provide replies. Audio is sent while voice is active. You can stop voice with the mute button or close the chat. Please avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information.
We do not save full chat transcripts or audio recordings in our question-review store. We keep limited operational counts, including chat sessions, question topics, unanswered questions and visits to the client form, for up to 35 days. These counts contain no question text, contact details or raw IP addresses and are separate from website analytics. Chat content is blocked from session replay.
If the guide cannot answer, you can choose Share question for review. Only that question is saved privately for up to 30 days so our team can improve the guide. Questions containing detected contact details or project briefs are excluded. Our team reviews proposed answers before publishing them.

We use temporary browser storage to keep enquiry retries consistent and prevent duplicate enquiry events. The enquiry form works independently of optional analytics.
We store separate analytics and Google ad measurement choices in this browser. Refusals remain in force until changed or browser storage is cleared; explicit approvals last up to 180 days. In India, both purposes run by default in browsers without a refusal. Google Analytics may set first-party visit cookies. With Google ad measurement allowed, Google may set first-party advertising cookies, and we may store a valid Google ad click identifier in the private campaign attribution used for an enquiry. Turning off Google ad measurement clears accessible Google ad cookies and stored click identifiers. Turning off analytics clears our stored campaign attribution and accessible Google Analytics cookies. PostHog stores an anonymous browser identifier when analytics is allowed. Your browser settings also let you control or remove stored data.
