Hiraco Realty is the real estate arm of the Hiraco Group—a global powerhouse known for its legacy in diamond manufacturing and its recent expansion into renewable energy and real estate. When the Group entered India’s high-end property market, they weren’t just launching a new vertical—they needed a brand that could stand on its own. One that projected clarity, trust, and architectural ambition while still reflecting the forward-thinking spirit of the parent group.

That’s where we came in. We love projects like these—where strategy, brand systems, design systems, and technology need to be stitched together into one cohesive whole. At Lazy Eight, we’re usually brought in to either build new brands from scratch (zero to one) or to transform legacy brands for tomorrow. With Hiraco Realty, we got to do both: a rare opportunity to craft something entirely new for a company built on decades of heritage.

This is a trend we’re seeing more often—legacy groups creating new sub-brands with distinct identities, designed for new audiences and future markets. In this case, we helped give form to that ambition through a bold, modern identity that subtly echoed both a home and the letter “H”—a mark that felt grounded, but forward-moving.

This thinking extended into every expression of the brand—across print design systems, UI/UX frameworks, and spatial experiences. Today, Hiraco Realty stands as a confident, independent player in a credibility-hungry space. More than a brand refresh, this was the creation of a new entity—rooted in legacy, built for what’s next.
