OBJECTIVE


OUR OBJECTIVE AT LAZY EIGHT WAS TO ASSIST IN THE TRANSFORMATIVE REBRANDING FROM AARAV UNMANNED SYSTEMS (AUS) TO AEREO. WE AIMED TO CREATE A BRAND THAT WAS FUTURE-FORWARD, EMBODYING THE POTENTIAL OF DRONE TECHNOLOGY IN INDIA AND DESIGNED TO STAND THE TEST OF TIME. THE FOCUS WAS ON DEVELOPING A BRAND IDENTITY THAT WAS MODERN, TECHNOLOGY-FOCUSED, AND CAPABLE OF SIGNALING THE ADVANCED CAPABILITIES OF AEREO IN THE DRONE TECHNOLOGY SECTOR.

THE REBRANDING EFFORT CULMINATED IN A BRAND UNIT THAT WAS HEAVILY INSPIRED BY THE CONCEPTS OF AERODYNAMICS. THE DESIGN ELEMENTS INCORPORATED MOTIFS SUCH AS FEATHERS AND BIRDS, ANCHORED BY THE INFINITY SIGN TO SYMBOLIZE LIMITLESS POSSIBILITIES AND FLUID MOTION. THE CHOSEN COLOR PALETTE FEATURED SHADES OF BLUE, EVOKING THE VASTNESS OF THE SKY, WHICH IS THE OPERATIONAL CANVAS FOR AEREO'S DRONES. THE VISUAL LANGUAGE WAS CRAFTED TO BE CUTTING-EDGE AND FUTURE-FORWARD, COMPLEMENTED BY A SERIOUS TONE IN PRINT MATERIALS FEATURING TERRAIN PATTERNS—HIGHLIGHTING AEREO’S CORE OPERATIONAL DOMAINS.
