Planet School
Brand foundation for an experiential education model
Modular brand identity · Flexible brand system · Visual language for learning environments
Planet School set out to replace the conventional classroom with real-world immersion across forests, vessels and urban labs. As the US-based school prepared to launch in North America, it needed more than differentiation within education. It needed a brand that could help people believe in a different way to learn.
Our Brand Build engagement began from scratch. The identity needed to earn parental trust, spark teenage curiosity and communicate academic rigor. We built a modular brand system that gave each learning environment its own character within a coherent whole, balancing exploration with the structure and credibility a school needs.
The result was a flexible brand built to support recruitment, storytelling and expansion across five learning environments. Designed to evolve alongside the curriculum, it brings clarity and confidence to a different way of learning.

Approximately ₹180K crore in annual spending by 2030 across selected alternative-school models, in Lazy Eight's illustrative central scenario.
The model covers global Montessori schools and U.S. microschools. Its sensitivity scenarios range from approximately $8 billion to $33 billion. It is a partial opportunity proxy with assumed school sizes, spending, overlap and growth.
