Our organization is flat by design, comprising senior team members (Principals), who thrive in small, collaborative, hands-on engagement teams.
We truly believe in work-life balance, offering flexible working arrangements where team members can not only work from anywhere but also choose to work either two days a week or four days a week, depending on their role.
