Lazy Eight is a senior-led, remote-first brand practice founded by Nav Chatterji. We work across India, the UAE and North America, bringing strategy, design and technology together.

- [New Brand Build](https://lazyeight.design/brand-build/): For founders and teams creating a new brand, including a new business, sub-brand or category. The work brings together research, strategy, positioning, naming, narrative, brand identity, packaging, digital experiences and go-to-market planning. Scope is shaped around the business and its launch.
- [Brand Evolve](https://lazyeight.design/brand-evolve/): For existing brands entering a new chapter. We begin with an audit of the brand, its audience and its ambitions, then shape the work around what to retain and what to change. The scope can include positioning, narrative, identity, packaging, digital experiences and rollout.

After launch or a brand evolution, an optional brand custodianship arrangement can support ongoing work with a client’s team. It is not a separate third program. Scope, pricing and availability are agreed directly.
